Positive Vision & Overall Purpose of Position
The ASC is responsible for assisting with maintaining staff and client records and a variety of office responsibilities.
Reports To: Community Specialist Supervisor
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full Time and/or Part Time position
Qualifications:

Prefer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Must have a current valid driver's license and be willing to obtain a Class E (Chauffeur's) license immediately upon hire

Must possess a reliable vehicle and maintain it safely to transport people in the community.

Ability to pass all appropriate and required background screenings

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our customers

Ability to use technology to complete required documentation

Requirements:
Job duties may include the following:

Performs quality assurance checks on consumer records for compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, assist with gathering consumer documentation to meet standards for audits, completeness and accuracy

Performs quality assurance checks on employee records for compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; assist with gathering required employee documentation

Ability to provide assistance in individual service recipients regarding processing the Individual Support Plans, monthly reviews and assessments

Assist with inventory and ordering of agency supplies
-
Assist with coordination of all safety reports and vehicle reports
-
Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
-
Will at times be responsible to provide direct support to clients as needed.

May be asked to perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisor and other administrative staff as required
