Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
- Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow recipes for food and beverage items
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Upsell products and promote new items on the menu
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent sales skills to promote products and increase sales opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
