Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial insurance accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and techniques
- Familiarity with insurance market trends and products
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
