What We're Looking For:
We seek an exceptional Member Concierge who can take our salon to new heights with their unique skills and infectious energy. Job Types: Part-time; Full-time
Pay: $15 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
As a Member Concierge, you will:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and memorable first impression.
- Assist members in making reservations for various services and amenities, such as spa treatments, dining, events, etc.
- Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance members' experiences based on their preferences and interests.
- Handle member inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met to the best of your ability.
- Coordinate and facilitate special arrangements for members, such as organizing celebrations or surprises for special occasions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the club's offerings, facilities, and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed members' expectations.
As a Spa Attendant, you will:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the floors and stations in the shop
- Perform basic custodial services
- Stock all beverages in refrigerators and backstock
- Take the lead to ensure an adequate supply of all service, hot, and cold towels are available
- Launder capes, towels, aprons, etc. regularly
- Offer, replenish, and clear drinks; handle glassware
- Clear pedicure bowels for nail technicians
- Reset barber and nail tech stations between clients
- Run errands as needed
- Understand your strengths and opportunities; own your mistakes and proactively seek to learn from them
- Be genuinely interested in all of our client's well-being & grooming
- Support/maintain shop sanitization/health standards to include deep cleaning, disinfecting, sterilization, etc., of all workstations and tools
- Understand our menu of services in detail, explain club options
- Always offer assistance in keeping the entire shop clean and operating well
- Expected to support all locations (Reston, Leesburg, or Gainesville) as needed
Qualifications:
Passion, dedication, and a customer-centric attitude are more important than formal qualifications. However, the following skills will make you an ideal fit:
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently.
- A genuine passion for providing personalized and attentive service to enhance the overall member experience.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of members.
