Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to real estate agents, assist in daily office operations, and ensure smooth transactions for clients.
Duties:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, MLS listings.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain client databases and update property listings
- Coordinate with vendors, title companies, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Perform general office management duties to ensure the office runs smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a real estate setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MLS and DocuSign
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of proofreading techniques for accurate documentation
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining databases

Pay: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour
