Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Quality Audits & Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure services, processes, and systems meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Documentation Excellence: Draft and review technical documents, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
- Project Management: Drive quality management initiatives and track project progress to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic partnerships and collaborate with various departments to implement and enhance quality management systems.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: Min. 3 years in quality assurance/quality control and/or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of QMS and ISO 9001 standards within a QM environment (preferably transportation or manufacturing).
- Skills: Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver quality results. Experience in report development for various audiences, from detailed technical reports to high-level executive summaries. Ability to build relationships and obtain stakeholder buy-in to Document Quality Management efforts.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Urban Planning, Quality Assurance, or related field; or a HS diploma and 5 years of progressively responsible project/program and business experience in a QA quality, industrial, manufacturing, and reliability engineering, as well as a strong understanding of maintenance and operations environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of engaging and presenting to Executives and Senior Management.
