You'll be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team of Sales Representatives, guiding sales efforts, and creating an environment that fosters success. Key Responsibilities:
- Select and hire top-tier Sales Representatives to join our team.
- Coach and mentor your team to excel in their roles, providing ongoing development and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and foster collaboration.
- Set and communicate clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) at all levels of leadership.
- Create and refine systems that drive leadership development and excellence.
- Demonstrate a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to understand and align individual motivations with organizational goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:
- Five or more years of managerial experience with a proven ability to coach and lead teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and implement efficient processes.
- Experience setting and achieving objectives and KPIs across different leadership levels.
- Proven track record in designing and refining systems that drive leadership development.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands, including working nights and weekends.
