Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Status: Temp to hire, FT, On-Site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports related to the company's
operations and projects
- Help implement the newest technology to enhance business performance
- Assist with the sales administration processes, including preparing, reviewing, and
sending purchase orders to suppliers and contractors, verifying the accuracy and
completeness of the orders, following up on the status and delivery of the orders,
and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise
- Coordinating and facilitating the vendor onboarding process, including verifying the
vendor's credentials and qualifications, obtaining the necessary documentation
and information from the vendor
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the management and staff
- Performing other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in PDF Software, especially Adobe Acrobat Pro & DocuSign, and able to
create, edit, convert, and secure PDF documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Having knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage but not necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
