What we are looking for
Element5 is looking for an experienced Product Owner to help design scalable solutions to revolutionize the post-acute care industry. You will be responsible for business solutions, design, defining and validating the tests, and maintaining and supporting the products.

What your role will look like
- Understand the scope of the product and create business solutions.
- Get to the depth of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement better procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects, and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain transparency and ensure that the solution meets customer's needs.
- Ensure standards compliance and institutionalization of the best industry practices.
- Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration testing.

What we ask you to bring with you
- Expected experience: 5+ years
- Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders, translating business requirements, into designs understandable by the tech team.
- Well-versed in Agile methodology.
- Experience in working on projects using Agile methodology .
- Experience in prioritization of requirements, improving process efficiency, giving feedback and collaborating with product & business teams .
- Active leadership skills, high-agency to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A Sound collaboration and relationship-building abilities within and across different teams, functions, and market.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
