Key Responsibilities
- Project Support:
- Assist in planning and executing research projects.
- Collaborate with senior researchers to address business challenges.

- Gather data through experiments, surveys, or literature reviews.
- Analyze research findings using statistical tools and software.
- Interpret results and provide actionable insights.
- Laboratory Work:
- Conduct experiments, tests, and trials.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, observations, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving:
- Explore new ideas and propose innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and adapt experimental approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues to overcome challenges.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering, or related disciplines).
