**Job Title:** Sous Chef **Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to menu planning. **Duties:** - Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and develop innovative menu items - Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques - Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards - Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies - Train and mentor kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace - Monitor food quality and presentation before serving **Experience:** - Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Knowledge of hospitality, restaurant management, catering, banquet operations, and fine dining standards - Strong understanding of food service operations, including menu planning and execution - Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team effectively - Previous experience in bartending or mixology is a plus If you are a passionate culinary professional with a drive for excellence and leadership skills, we invite you to apply for the Sous Chef position.
