I’m a female founder and CEO of multiple real estate companies handling real estate sales, construction projects, rental management, and investments. I’m looking for a personal assistant to manage my daily personal and work life. The tasks will vary and will require great organizational skills and follow-through. I’m not as interested in experience as personality and character. We will need to vibe to work together since you’ll be with me most of the day.
The hours are 10am to 7pm M-F and you’ll be working around Alexandria VA in DC and MD as well. Your day will consist of checking in at 10am either in office or from home for various administrative tasks needed and preparation needed for the day. On days I have appointments, you’ll be responsible for driving me in our company car while we discuss other items of business and/or I complete work on the road.
You’ll get an invaluable education and experience in real estate. There are also opportunities within our companies for advancement and learning more skills if you are a good fit and are eager to learn.
Tasks include but not limited to:
Administrative paperwork
Driving to and from appointments
Follow up on vendors or other contacts to verify completion of work
Booking travel
Running errands
Lending a hand where needed with other team members
Assisting in appointment preparation
Posting content on social media
Following up on paperwork needed from other parties
Coordinating with appropriate parties to complete a specific task
