We are currently looking for a candidate for a Full-Time Call Center/ITM Specialist position at the 10655 Bedford location. This is not a remote work position. Varying 8 hour schedule M-F between 7:45am - 6:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am - 12:45pm.
Call Center/ITM Specialist
Hiring Bonus - $500 paid at 6 months of employment
Role:
Provide information and answer questions concerning the credit union and its products and services over the phone. Explain services, respond to problems, and direct phone calls to the appropriate area. Ensure the highest quality of member service.
Provide exceptional customer service through quality conversations and assist customers with a variety of routine financial transactions through video interaction at Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) located at multiple locations.
This is not a remote position.
Work Environment:
Position is based on video and telephone interaction, which requires being comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera and over the phone with members.
