Job Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and equipment to support our operations seamlessly.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge and logic controllers
- Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs
- Utilize CMMS software to track maintenance activities
- Interpret schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors
- Supervise maintenance projects effectively
- Perform residential painting tasks when required
Skills:
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge and logic controllers
- Ability to weld and fabricate components
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Interpretation of schematics and electrical diagrams
- Strong customer service skills
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
