As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the business operations team, you will play a crucial role in process improvement and workforce planning project management. Service owners will appreciate the insight, process improvements, and automation your work brings. The ideal candidate will maintain calm under pressure and be adept at juggling multiple competing priorities. You are not afraid to ask questions when something doesn’t make sense, and to empathetically and respectfully challenge assertions or assumptions and to escalate when necessary. You are biased toward taking action with a high degree of judgement. You will be comfortable working with data to generate financial models and forecasts. The improvements you drive will have a material financial impact on OCI, a high level of visibility within the organization, and the impact of the work you do will be felt across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Launch and lead new process improvement, policies, and procedures that monitor and support operational and business objectives.
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
- Familiarity solving problems/efforts with visible and not-yet-visible risks, roadblocks, constraints, including many that conflict with each other.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into the data.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
