Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and other guests to the dealership.
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate destinations.
- Act as Director of First Impressions. Take ownership in being the first point of contact at the dealership and setting the tone for a positive customer experience.
- Make copies, assemble deal jackets, other administrative duties as needed.
- Create Purchase Orders from Vendors invoices
- Manage the waiting area and amenities. Ensure that the snack area is always clean and fully stocked.
- Actively listen to our clients and their needs and interpret body language in order exceed client’s expectations, solve problems, and de-escalate issues.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Place weekly/monthly orders for supplies, customer snacks, other items as needed.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. Must be upbeat and very personable.
- Proactively communicate potential issues with management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
- High manufacturer CSI customer satisfaction survey scores is a must, you’re part of this process and review.
- Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience in a customer service field is preferred.

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, documents, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence and reports.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, schedule, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients, ability to help when needed to stock cafe' area, detect and identify safety issues; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion.
