JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Business Process Trainer at CNA, you will ensure the effective transition of business, systems, and process knowledge needed to meet the desired business results by organizing and conducting training and educational programs, as well as assesses learning performance outcomes and maintaining the records of training.
This is a remote role with preference for candidates to reside in the Central or East time zones.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Facilitates technical training pertaining to process workflow, systems, coverage, and rating knowledge. May also facilitate non-technical training based on process improvement changes or quality analysis trends.
Assess trainees and program results with routine structured updates and recommendations to management, HR and the Knowledge and Learning Group (KLG) team.
Partners with management and KLG to validate all relevant material and content management of the curriculum and makes revision recommendations when necessary.
Provides coaching and feedback to classroom participants and keeps management abreast of the strengths and developmental areas of the individuals while in the classroom environment by conducting weekly report outs presenting fact based results to business partners providing overall assessment of class performance, identifying obstacles and barriers and determines revisions or alternations needed for future training.
Drive classroom and on the job performance by influencing and motivating employees to effectively problem solve by removing obstacles to improve operational efficiency, workflow, and the continuous learning capacity.
Responsible for maintaining the Performance Support Toolkit for one or more lines of business to aid in the continued learning of employees.
May participate on project teams as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
1. Line of business technical knowledge, as well as processing systems interface and workflow knowledge.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to influence and motivate others to drive positive results.
4. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills.
5. Detailed oriented and analytical with the ability to effectively problem-solve, and provide recommendations to management.
6. Proven coaching and feedback skills.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent with work toward professional designation desirable.
2. Minimum three-four years business experience in processing work environment.
3. Prior experience with coaching and mentoring others.
