Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:

Manage office operations and procedures.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Reception:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.

Personal Bookkeeping:

Assist the owner with personal financial record-keeping.

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and budgeting.

Marketing Assistance:
