Growing appliance business eager to build the client service team is seeking a professional, reliable CSR to handle with high end clients and complex orders.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming customer requests for service.
- Answer phone calls both internally with Associates, and externally with customers, to help resolve any issues.
- Create new requests for service into customer Cases and Work Orders to be scheduled.
- Confer with customers, other CSRs and Technicians to address questions, problems and requests.
- Record and maintain files of customer requests, technician notes, and other dispatch info.
- Manage part ordering process and customer communication using computer software provided.
- Manage all customer communication to keep customers informed.
- Willingly handle customer conflict resolutions and all mediation.
- Engage with supervisors to promptly escalate any situations needing immediate attention.
- Provide administrative support in daily operation by preparing correspondence, emails, phone records.
- Monitor and maintain all data in routing, scheduling, and billing software.
- Assist all Technicians dispatched to handle service calls.
- Provide customer quotes for appliance service call parts and labor charges.
- Assist customers with over-the-phone payments.
· High school diploma.
· Solid technical skills required (proficiency with MS Office – Word/Excel/Calendar; able to learn industry specific software; data entry skills).
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Some documentation experience preferred.
- 1-2 years data entry experience preferred.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure and with competing demands
- Dependability a must (on-time; accountable; reliable; accurate)
- Emotional control – required. Ability to handle upset customers and address their issues in a productive manner.
Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
