Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager for SSM Health Des Peres Hospital in St Louis, MO. The Food Operations Manager will manage Food & Nutrition operations including patient dining, retail food service and catering. The Food Operations Manager will develop and manage a team of employees and will collaborate with other leaders of the department and hospital.
The schedule will be Monday to Friday with some weekends as business dictates. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.
The successful candidate will:

motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors

help oversee culinary operations, ordering, procurement, and inventories

ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed

manage vendor relationships and compliance

possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service
