The Opportunity: Management Consulting Analyst
We are seeking recent college graduates to join our growing strategy consulting practice. Analysts are integral to SMA consulting teams and participate in all aspects of project work, including conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing presentations, and managing project logistics. Analysts work closely with SMA Module Leaders and Engagement Leaders to develop a deep understanding of our client’s issues and challenges and create strategies for meaningful change. Analysts conduct supporting research and analysis to develop and implement impactful solutions. Successful candidates will have a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities, including presenting findings to clients and managing individual workstreams.
You must be a US citizen and eligible to hold a US Department of Defense security clearance.

About You: You have 0-2 years of experience
Desired Skills & Experience include: Maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity, strategic intuition. Ability to work effectively in a small team where all members are expected to take on significant responsibility; Demonstrated success in a rigorous academic program. Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and superb written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Interest and experience in aerospace and defense industries are a plus.
