Installation coordinator
- Material Take Off:
- Perform material take-offs based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials.
- Update project records with material details and costs.
- Project Scheduling:
- Develop project schedules based on the scope of work.
- Coordinate with project managers to align schedules with available resources.
- Input and maintain project timelines in Service Titan.
- Communication Handling:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project managers and salespeople.
- Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails promptly.
- Relay important project-related information to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Project Managers:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate any changes in project scope, timeline, or resources promptly.
- Provide support in addressing project challenges and resolving issues.
- Support Sales Team:
- Assist the sales team with any post-sales queries or concerns.
- Provide information on project status, timelines, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate closely with sales to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Archive completed projects and associated documentation appropriately.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular reviews of project data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in project records.
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers as needed to gather additional project details.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on project status, completion, and any relevant metrics.
- Provide updates to leadership on project-related KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement within the project coordination workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Service Titan or similar project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $59,816.00 - $64,628.00 per year
