We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Analyst with a background in law enforcement to join our automotive dealership team. This role will focus on assessing, mitigating, and managing risks related to auto damage across dealership lots. The ideal candidate will leverage their law enforcement experience to effectively analyze and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and security of dealership assets.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies and protocols to prevent auto damage incidents.

Utilize knowledge of law enforcement techniques and principles to enhance security measures and minimize risks.

Collaborate closely with dealership management and staff to enforce compliance with risk management practices and security procedures.

Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and security personnel to respond to and investigate incidents of auto damage.

Analyze data and trends related to auto damage incidents to identify patterns and develop strategies for risk reduction.

Provide training and guidance to dealership personnel on security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Maintain detailed records and documentation of auto damage incidents, investigations, and risk management activities.
Qualifications:-
Proven experience in law enforcement with a strong understanding of investigative techniques and security protocols.
