Better Life Plans is seeking a compassionate and responsible Customer Excellence Team Member to help answer questions related to consumer debt and creditor lawsuits. Individuals should possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work both independently and as a team. Responsibilities
- · Take incoming telephone calls from customers.
- · Make outbound calls to customers, providing updates and answering questions.
- · Respond appropriately to customer objections and questions.
- · Deliver accurate descriptions of products and/or services to customers.
- · Navigate computer systems to properly assist the customer and locate customer data or other electronic information.
- · Record each call by accurately documenting statuses and comments in the CRM.
- · Resolve problems for clients.
- · Work closely with other departments to request and provide assistance as necessary.
- · Maintain a high level of service with customers and meet performance targets.
- · Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team members.
- · Strong attention to detail is a must.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level.
- Exhibits a passion and commitment to great customer service by consistently. delivering excellent service to every customer.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite of applications, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Able to multi-task and focus on several responsibilities at once.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with little direct supervision .
- A strong sense of accountability and executing assignments at the highest level.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
Preferred
- 2+ years in a call center, retail, or other customer-facing role.
- Experience in FDCPA guidelines.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
- BILINGUAL SPEAKERS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
