Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating contracts, managing property leasing, and ensuring legal compliance within the short-rental industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Correspond with the guest prior to arrival and during their stay
- Concierge service for check-in and check out-in time
- Follow-up on requests and complaints and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to after-hour emergency phone calls and messages
- Hiring, training, and managing cleaners/ outsourcing groups
- Take responsibility for arranging the cleaning work and ensuring the work is up to standard
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory
- Maintenance and repairs
- Regularly inspect each unit to ensure everything is in good working order
- Coordinate with the management team and report any special cases
- Daily management of property pricing following management strategy
- Participate in setting property revenue goals and achievement
- Pre-onboarding preparation, including taking photos, familiar with every corner, providing business co-worker training and responding to inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work independently
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Have knowledge of basic computer software
- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Hold a valid Driver's License
- Previous hotel Front Desk / Housekeeping experiences are assets.
- Mandarin is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $59,426.59 per year
