This role is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training and mentorship. The Manager in Training will assist in the daily operations of our store while gaining valuable experience in retail management. Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee sales and inventory management, ensuring the store is always fully stocked and meeting sales targets
- Conduct employee orientations and training sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures

Requirements
- The ability to study and obtain a life and health license
- Very organized and efficient with your time
- The ability stick to a schedule and system that works
- Prior experience in sales or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong sales management skills and a drive to meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
