We're currently on the lookout for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Apprentice General Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with our current General Manager to learn all about managing and running a successful business.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and we require that you live within the general Los Angeles area and have reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting General Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Package and ship out orders.
- Maintain Inventory of products.
- Answer phone calls. Reply to Emails.
- Create leads for restaurant partnerships.
- Monitoring and analyzing business performance.
- Participating in decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Desire to stay with a stable company for minimum of one year.
- Background in operations and warehouse organization is a plus.
- Background in Sales is a plus.
- Background in the food service industry is a plus.
- Basic computer skills. (Excel, Documents, POS Systems etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for leadership and desire to grow within the company.
