Account Manager
Hours: Full Time 8-5 Monday-Friday
Full-Time Pay: $55,000-$57,000

The Account Manager - As an Account Manager with Gold Medal Pools, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that pools are safe, clean, and properly functioning for the enjoyment of pool owners. You will be the main point of contact for home owners when something needs to be done with their pool and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to multiple accounts/home owners.
Tasks include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting client data
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Able to accept personal responsibility for quality and timeliness of his or her work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Required:
- A valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in creating relationships with customers
- Ability to maintain several accounts
