Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems. This position requires proficiency in Excel, databases, and order entry systems.

Duties:

- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct where necessary
- Update data and delete unnecessary information
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Enter data from source documents into defined computer database, files and forms
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Update and submit documents into document management systems or databases
- Communicate with requestors to verify data or obtain additional information
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Work with a team to verify accuracy and make corrections
- Store completed documents in designated locations
- Maintain logs or records of activities and tasks via Service Now platform
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity/security policies and maintain class updates
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.81 - $22.65 per hour
