The Soccer Training School’s training methodology prepares athletes to be complete players with a thorough understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest level of elite competition. Our soccer culture follows a specific set of principles in play, utilizing world-renowned methods of tactical periodization to develop players faster; focusing on the highest level of technical quality.
We are looking for you if:

- You are a coach who has played the game at a high level or is currently playing at a professional/collegiate level. You are clear, instinctive, honest, fun and highly accountable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO / RESPONSIBILITIES
ON THE FIELD:
- Maintain a disciplined but fun training environment that instills respect, focus,accountability, and hard work.
- Motivate players to raise their standards and quality of their training.
- Teach the skills of the game at a high level and understanding the technical and tactical fundamentals thoroughly.
- Work with professional school alumni players in refreshing the school’s curriculum to innovate concepts and integrate fun into the game.
OFF THE FIELD:
- Learn the school’s training curriculum, apply the training method in training sessions and check in weekly with the Director of Coaching using an agile approach.
- Build professional relationships by following up regularly with parents enrolled in private coaching regarding player’s performance, development and player evaluations. Translate feedback to the Director of Coaching and incorporate it in player’s agile training plan.
- Timely and clearly communicate any scheduling conflicts or requirements to the School’s Administrator.
- Continuously bring new ideas/suggestions to the team based on what you experience on training or our internal marketing and operations. Let us know how we can continuously improve your working experience and let’s continue to build together.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE BEFORE:
- Played or currently playing soccer at a professional, semi-professional or collegiate level.
- Hold or working towards holding a USSF “D” license, equivalent, or higher coaching certification.
- Required more than 5 years coaching experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US:

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
