Objective: To hire a professional, independent, organized, detail and systems-oriented administrative and personal assistant to support and help me grow my home-based Mary Kay business.
- Maintain personal and work schedule
- Develop systems for managing paperwork and ensuring customers and consultants receive timely training and communication
- Organize and maintain clean, tidy, and well-stocked office area
- Assist in training new consultants with business apps and scheduling system
- Complete basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Design and complete newsletters, flyers, postcards, and posters
- Prepare for appointments and vendor events
- Maintain inventory count, reorder low supplies, and stock shelves with new product
- Potential for light housekeeping and light babysitting
- Deliver products and samples in approximately a 1-hour radius with own transportation
- Salary based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
