We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Greenville, SC facility. Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, driving efficiency, ensuring high-quality production, and achieving the company?s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to the site Leadership Team, aligning the direction, and developing motivation and capability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Advocates and promotes employee engagement and effective communication throughout the site.
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff.
- Full Profit and Loss responsibilities
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Lead and support the use of the Calvary Robotics Business Model, driving execution of plans with key performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement through accountability and ownership of the team.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Prepare and manage the facility?s budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to drive business decisions.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure all employees are trained in safety procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
- Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing excess stock.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
- Ensure customer requirements are understood and met, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve service levels.
- Participate in the development of the company?s strategic plans and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement within the facility.
- Lead the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives.
The salary range for this role is up to $180,000 plus bonus; however, Calvary Robotics considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, work experience, education/training and key skills
