Performs Inventory Checks; Manages DIS (business software); Bills parts to work orders. Assists in verifying unit inventory; Processes parts returns; Sets up cash accounts. Handles customer information requests; Answers phones; Builds hydraulic hoses; Fills CO2 tanks; Communicates with Customers and Manager/Vendors in order to order and ship parts efficiently; Processes service department's parts requests; Checks and receives shipments from UPS and other freight companies; Manages Empire stove parts and sales; Occasionally sets up and attends trade shows. Successful candidate will possess Mechanical/Electrical training and be proficient in Internet related applications. Full time position requires alternating Saturday hours and some overtime may be necessary.
