Your Duties:
- The Product Management Director owns, develops, and executes strategy and road map for parts to be stocked, sold, and displayed online for the legacy GracoRoberts’ business.
- Provides strategic and tactical direction for product lines, appropriate inventory, and pricing.
- Coordinates with marketing to plan and carry out product launches and campaigns.
- Owns and manages the large bid, and buyer quotation process to maximize revenue and margin.
- Manages part profitability and commercial success through market analysis, opportunity identification, competitive assessments, and investment pursuits.
- Oversees the research in product categories to identify portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Develops a revenue and profit forecast based on input from sales and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related degree with 5-10 years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years in the Aerospace market strongly preferred.
- Pricing analysis experience required.
- Experience with eCommerce preferred.
- Previous Marketing and Product Management experience required.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
