Fully remote position, provides support to the program and program staff under the supervision of the management team.
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Preferred.

Administrative experience with a team coordinating mental health and/or substance use treatment

Computer skills including all Microsoft programs

Proven ability to navigate the Internet

Provides program support and expedites access to program services
-
Assists with outreach and follow-up through phone calls with clients and/or providers. Documents all outreach attempts and correspondence in the electronic health record
-
Assists with scheduling appointments for the team, including but not limited to, weekly case assignments, intakes, health monitoring, toxicology, etc. for program clients.

Addresses and assists with transportation scheduling/changes/issues for program clients
-
Daily check and follow-up on ICRS and MRU emergency room/hospital alerts through identified workflow

Attends daily and weekly MRU huddles, as well as, weekly MRU program meetings, and records minutes to be reviewed by MRU's Clinical Manager.
