We are seeking a dedicated Statewide Wraparound Coordinator to join our team with the West Virginia (WV) Department of Human Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of our program, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings across the Bureau for Social Services, Bureau for Medical Services, and the Bureau for Behavioral Health
- Serve as the department representative for the WV Wraparound program
- Assess needs of Department and Wraparound agencies regarding the WV Wraparound program
- Monitor training and assess fidelity reviews to ensure the program is achieving the National Wraparound Initiative (NWI) standards
- Provide recommendations to bureaus and the office of the Cabinet Secretary to achieve the NWI standards
- Collaborate with the Office of Quality Assurance for Children's Programs
- Collaborate with bureaus in order to maintain NWI fidelity
Qualifications
- Master-level, preferred
- Knowledge of children's behavioral health
- Knowledge of child welfare and Medicaid, preferred
- Subject matter expert on NWI standards, or alternatively, ability to become a subject matter expert on NWI standards
- Ability to present to large groups on complex concepts
- Experience in providing wraparound, or alternatively, experience in providing direct care to families and children
