Purpose:
Team members are the M.V.Ps of daily operations! From the back of house to the front of house, they serve guests by first preparing safe, delicious food and then delivering it with fast, friendly, genuine hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:
Execute operational excellence
-
Proficient in executing operational tasks based on assignment (BOH), including, but not limited to -
-
Accurate, proper presentation and effective assembly of orders
-
Able to properly use all equipment related to the kitchen
-
Communicates effectively with the front counter and drive-thru team about wait times and when to park cars
Adheres to proper food quality and monitoring
-
Always prepared for food safety and quality evaluations by following required food quality and safety procedures and checks
-
Monitoring/preventing waste by following proper tracking
Maintains and provides an excellent environment
-
Ensures food contact surfaces are constantly cleaned and sanitized before and after preparing food and at least every 4 hours for ongoing tasks
-
Ensures a clean and inviting kitchen environment; this includes walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents and equipment
Meet basic onboarding requirements

Must obtain Food Handlers certificate within the first 7 days of employment

Access and utilize Hot Schedule for clear communication of availability

Complete required New Hire Pathway training within the first 14 days of employment

Access and utilize Pathway for continued growth and development
