As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized systems. We are currently searching for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to work on our Retail Data team in our Corporate office in Miami, FL
Data Entry Analyst job duties include:
- Entering large volumes of alphanumeric data daily.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external clients.
- Prepare and run reports for review.
Requirements and qualifications for the Data Entry Clerk:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Data Entry Clerk.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills a must.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, organization, & communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Ability to sort data alphabetically, numerically, and categorically.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Be able to lift 50-pound boxes for research.
