We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Solderer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) while adhering to strict IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Solder electronic components onto PCBs using hand soldering techniques.
- Inspect soldered joints to ensure they meet IPC-A-610 acceptability criteria, including proper wetting, fillet size and shape, and freedom from defects.
- Rework or repair any non-conforming solder joints.
- Assemble and install various electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
- Keep accurate records of production output and identify potential quality issues.
Qualifications:
- 3 years' EXP in electronics soldering or electronic assembly PREFERRED.
- Proven ability to solder to IPC-A-610 standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
