Expanded Responsibilities:
- Innovative Revenue Generation: Implement innovative strategies to enhance service offerings. Recognize and explore untapped market segments. Introduce new revenue streams. Drive growth across all service linces including Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize and manage office operations for peak efficiency, ensuring that all systems, processes, and protocols support the seamless delivery of services and a superior patient journey. Continue testing and improving existing office operations.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, with a keen focus on profitability and cost management. Develop strategies to optimize the insurance mix and enhance revenue cycle management.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Patient Experience: Champion the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at elevating patient satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, setting Lumia Dental apart as a leader in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume dental or medical setting.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and business operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
