We are Seeking a Petroleum Inventory Control Specialist to join the Petroleum
Carriers LLC Team in our Selma, NC office! This entry level position is a great
position to jump start a career!
Responsibilities:
Monitoring fuel inventory data using electronic exception reporting
software, and internal reconciliation processes that meet or exceed
regulatory requirements and company standards.
Identify fuel variance discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action to
prevent a possible run-out.
Preparing correspondence including letters, memoranda, reports and/or
presentations.
Create, update, and maintain database spreadsheets, tracking documents,
data storage portals, and server files.
Produce general correspondence, regulatory reports, etc.
Handle or route incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
Electronic and direct interaction with all departments and vendors.
Scheduling, preparation, and attendance of meetings and conference calls.
Verify accuracy of all written correspondence and data.
Provide support to Environmental Compliance and Incident Managers.
All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
