Preparing Individuals Today for Tomorrow, LLC is looking to hire part time employees with the option to become full time in Northampton, Lehigh, Bucks and Montgomery counties.
Job Responsibilities:
- provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, community-based environments, under the supervision of a BCBA or LBS
- Serve as an instructional aide to provide educational support within cyber charter schools
- collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plan
- Monitor and Graph behavior data to utilize in the completion of appropriate progress reports
- completing necessary daily logs/progress notes as required
- communicating with BCBA/LBS on treatment plan implementation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or near completion is preferred
- 2 years’ experience with children is preferred but not required
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (RBT) or willingness to enroll in program within 90 days
- Strong Verbal and written communication, time management, and organization skills
- All Clearances and Certifications as required by State and Federal Law
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate must be obtained within 90 days of employment. The 40-hour training will be provided during orientation, and you will be eligible for a raise after passing the RBT Certification Test.
