As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our team of talented real estate professionals.
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Appointment Setter (Part-Time)
- Hours: 29 hours per week
- Pay: $15-$20, plus bonus
- Location: Palm Beach County – This is a remote position after training
- Reporting To: Regional Sales Managers
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential real estate agents via phone, email, and other channels provided.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager with interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and appointments.
- Conduct basic research to identify potential candidates and gather relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales managers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
