We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding HVAC services and products.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and installations.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information in our database.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the HVAC team as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
