Your Role:
As a Behavior Technician at KP, you'll have the unique opportunity to support children in a 1:1 clinical setting, fostering the development of play skills, social skills, and communication. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized intervention and instructional strategies that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement learner-specific teaching procedures and behavior intervention plans.
- Utilize digital data collection systems and document sessions with descriptive writing.
- Engage actively with children, maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with children is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the fly.
