Savillex has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a talented, hardworking individual to join our winning team. This role will be an important contributor to the success of Savillex and will work closely with external customers and other departments within the company.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the Commercial Team at Savillex. This position is critical to our success. We are looking for the right candidate who embraces customer service and is motivated to work as part of a collaborative team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Places order into Epicor ERP system and send confirmation to the customer in a timely manner
- Prepare international order documents to prepare for shipment
- Create invoice for orders that have shipped in a timely manner
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and fielding inquiries
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, working with internal resources to determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Creates quotes for customer requests
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 8:30am to 5:00pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm work schedule
Experience/Skillsets:
- High school diploma required. Post-secondary education is a plus
- ERP system order entry experience is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation
- General computer and office experience: email, copiers, printers
- Successfully stay within defined timetables
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Quick problem-solving abilities for addressing unique customer needs

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
