Southeastern Health Management Associates is currently seeking for a full time Account Payable Clerk. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) a MUST. Previous experience in a similar position is a plus. Polite, courteous and a Team oriented.
Duties:
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payments is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendors enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Scan all invoice on the system
