About This Role:
Primary Job Duties Include:-
Supervise the administrative team for the Land Development Division

Provide direct support to the Land Development Division Leadership Team
-
Assist the Land Development Division Chief with meeting preparations
-
Serve as the Secretary to the Prince William Board of Zoning Appeals
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D and 3 years of related (administrative support) experience.
Preferences:
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
-
Experience providing administrative support to management and senior level staff
-
Experience taking meeting minutes
-
Experience with assisting with meeting setup
-
Experience with assisting with meeting information website posting

Experience managing an organization's main phone line
-
Experience handling and processing confidential matters
Work Schedule:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday). Ability to telework 2 days a week after the first 6 months.
This is a telework-eligible position that may change to in-office scheduling if business needs change.

Starting Salary Range:
$28.32 - $34.83
