Retail Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Communication to Production, Warehouse and Transportation team members
- Manage the retail account (All aspects)
- Administrative duties to support retail accounts.
- Research credit as requested for authorization and distribution for accounts.
- Work with AR on all retail accounts to manage on time payment communication.
- Filter incoming team calls, emails and website inquiries from retail new customers and existing customers.
- Understand the retail reporting provided by management and taking action on.
- Provide expertise and input on new RFP’s
- Communicate customer needs (i.e., Create order guides and price sheets as needed).
- Prepare for weekly meetings (attend the weekly pipeline update graphs, weekly sales tracker, and print and distribute). Attend meeting and distribute notes with follow up actions weekly.
Qualifications:
- Travel as needed.
- Must be a self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Project management skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
- Ability to analyze the market and target potential clients.
- Must exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making.
- Ability to write routine reports, emails and correspondences.
- Ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
- Organized, detail and goal oriented.
- Ability to use time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
- Must project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust worthy.
- Should be expert in handling Get Fresh CRM software and have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, web-enabled applications and database software.
