RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and maintains positive client relations and implements front desk policies and procedures.
- Promptly responds to customers’ inquiries via telephone, email, and text.
- Assists in taking high-quality photos and videos of nails, services, staff, and salon for social media and marketing material
- The ideal candidate can help prep services and learn to perform removals if necessary
- Understands the need to maximize the appointment calendar through efficient booking and scheduling
- Establishes a rapport and builds relationships with the team and clients
- Implements the salon marketing strategies for the front desk and telephone
- Manages the booking schedule of 8-12 nail techs
- Maintains abreast with the current promotion and adheres to the usability of coupon code
- Knowledgeable of the services, duration, and pricing
- Orders and tracks inventory for office supplies, front desk supplies, and drying station supplies. Maintains display and stock retail area. Implement monthly specials and promotions within the salon.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the entire salon. Willing to perform light cleaning duties such as mopping floors, washing cups, etc.
- Meet with management on a routine basis to report marketing, booking, and customer service issues. Report all data pertaining to technicians and the entire body of staff to the Management.
- Accountable for balanced cash-out reports
- This individual is confident in their ability to provide a fabulous first and last impression of the salon

Are you looking for a stable place to work and grow? We are looking for someone who is excited to join the Revive Family and is planning to stay with us for a minimum of 1 year.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability from 12 pm or 3 pm to 8:30 pm during the week and at least one weekend day
- Available to work part-time and will transition to full-time
- You'll be given a set schedule with some flexibility. Ideally, you'll be available if shifts need to be covered or another receptionist takes time off
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service
- Familiarity with salon software is a plus
- 1 year of salon experience is a plus but not required

- Ranges from $16.50-$18/hr based on experience
